Company history
HAV Shipping Group is a fully integrated, wholly Norwegian owned, specialist shipowner, ship manager, operator, and charterer. We own and operate our quality fleet of 17 standardised, top classed, insured and maintained, single box hold dry cargo vessels (DWCC 2 – 4,000 MTS).
Our principal focus is upon providing the North Sea, Baltic and Mediterranean dry bulk, and project cargo, markets with a top quality swift, efficient, reliable and environmentally conscious service.
Our in house full service chartering and ship management teams are fully integrated to ensure a best in class, efficient and dependable service delivery.
VESSELS
Our Fleetlist
HAV’s standardised fleet of well maintained modern shallow air and sea draft, single box hold bulkers are wholly owned by the Hav Group. The majority of our vessels have movable bulkheads and all vessels are maintained to the highest of standards.

Ship Management
Technical Management
HSMN’s teams handle all aspects of vessel management, including operations, inspections, repairs, conversions, project development, quality assurance, manning, purchasing, cost control and accounting.
Crewing
HAV Ship Management’s (HSM’s) dedicated Oslo based crewing team, provides a full crew management service to the HAV Group and its clients. With a portfolio of approximately 700 highly skilled seafarers, HSM ensures that each managed vessel is manned with qualified and well-trained officers and ratings.
Commercial Management
In addition to commercial management, HAV Chartering also delivers a comprehensive commercial vessel operation service, this service includes fleet management, routing, liaison with agents and bunkering
